A traditional whisky cocktail with bitters, soda water and a simple orange garnish, served in a tumbler with plenty of ice – Rye whiskey, Sugar & Angostura bitters.
Basil Smash
A classic easy to make, refreshing cocktail – Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar & Basil
Grapefruit Basil Martini
Freshly picked ingredients make this cocktail come alive with hand-squeezed grapefruit and hand-picked basil leaves – Vodka or Gin, Grapefruit Juice, Syrup, & a couple of Basil Leaves
