We always knew we wanted to get married abroad and as soon... as I saw a photo of Liopetro, I was completely sold. Nothing would ever come close to this amazing venue. We didn't see the venue until 3 days before our wedding, but after reading rave reviews, I felt completely confident that it would be as amazing as everyone said it was. As soon as you walk in the doors, it's a colour explosion. Gorgeous flowers and perfectly trimmed greenery, with rustic vibes mixed with modern touches, it really is everything you could ever wish for. On the lead up to the wedding, communication from the owners, ifi and Makis and ops manager, Mike is amazing. Even in the peak of the wedding season, I never had to wait long for a reply to an email. Nothing was ever a problem, they always had the answer! These guys are absolute pros and you can trust that they will make your wedding day perfect. The staff on the day... Wow. All of our guests we're so impressed how attentive and polite they were. They couldn't do enough for us. We are completely blown away by it all and truly grateful for all the effort that the Liopetro team go to. The best team at the best venue! Thank you so much!read more

Liopetro is a private venue with beautiful views you and... your guests will love! We didn't even hire much Decor because the place is beautiful on its own! The food is amazing and there was more than enough for everyone. The drinks are just as great and the staff is so attentive, all of our guests kept going on about them. One month since our big day and I still cannot believe how... amazing our wedding venue was! Our guests continue to rave about it every time we speak to them! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the staff were just amazing people, so friendly and attentive - nothing was too difficult. We had the live BBQ station for our food and it was hands down one of the best meals we ate in Cyprus (again, guests continue to rave about this too!). Any couples deciding whether to book or not … do it, you will not be disappointed! If you're thinking of choosing a venue and want private,... intimate, beautiful - choose Liopetro without a second thought. The venue manager Michalis was brilliant from start to finish. He sorted us out with all the dietary requirements, got our coeliac guest some gluten free cupcakes and made sure they weren't eaten by anyone else. She was incredibly grateful - she tells me that as a coeliac there's nothing worse than other people accidentally eating all the gluten free food options! The waiting staff were incredible and so attentive - everybody got sloshed because they were never without a drink in their hand and the waiters remembered everyones tipple of choice. The food was to die for - everyone commented that it was the best food they had in Cyprus - personally it was the best food I'd had in a very very long time anywhere. When you walk round Liopetro you say oh yes this is gorgeous but it's not till you get there and you experience it on your wedding day that you realise how truly special it is. I've run out of adjectives but I know I'll remember how they made me feel forever.read more

Liopetro is the most outstanding venue we wanted something private away from it all and that's exactly what we got, the setting is perfect with fantastic views! On the 9th of June 2019, we got married at Liopetro Venue... and it was perfect. Makis and Ifi have the most beautiful venue and helped to organise the wedding of our dreams. Everything went so smoothly, because they were just there in the background the whole time making sure it went without a hitch. They suggested suppliers that we loved, and during the planning there was no problem we couldn’t overcome. To anyone thinking of getting married here, just visit the venue and you will fall in love. The BBQ meze was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten in Cyprus, and I’ve been there about 20 times!!! The whole place is gorgeous, from the bridal suite, to the church, cocktail reception area, and the main bar/dance floor area. The 1st of June 2019 was perfect for us and our guests were blown away by how gorgeous the venue is and the fab hospitality of the staff. If we hadn't found Liopetro we wouldn't of held our wedding... in Cyprus! It was the only venue we found that had history, was rustic, had amazing views and was a private venue which was very important to us. The owners Ifi and Makis are so lovely, friendly and helpful. We chose to have our wedding at Liopetro on 4th October... 2018 and definitely made the right choice. Beautiful, intimate, romantic and overlooks the sea - all our guests were amazed with this venue. We planned the wedding by ourselves from the UK and found Makis and Infeginia to be very helpful throughout and were there throughout our special day helping in any way that they could - everything felt like a dream on the day, with zero stress! You do not need to have any worries if you book this venue... for your wedding. You will not be disappointed! Our wedding guests couldn't say enough complimentary things about the venue, hospitality, attention to detail, food and the list goes on - It was an amazing day. I didn't visit the venue until the week we got married and it was genuinely a 'wow' and emotional moment when we walked in. If I had all the money in the world I would still get married at this venue. The owners cannot do enough to make your day the most special of your life! I wish I could do it all again! My wedding was in Oct 2017 at Liopetro. Not just any... wedding but a Hindu wedding which I understand was a first for the venue. Makis and Effi were totally awesome and it felt like they were members of the family on the big day bursting with excitement for us. Our wedding planner sent us a selection of venues in Paphos and we completely fell in love with Liopetro, where we had originally wanted a beach wedding when we went out to visit Liopetro our minds were made up within 2 seconds of stepping into this stunning venue. Liopetro is about 10 mins away from the main Paphos town which was a big plus for us to be away from the hustle and bustle and have a private event. The beautiful stone buildings, gorgeous views with the med in the distance sold it for us. It was a no brainier when compared with a bog standard hotel venue in town. We visited Cyprus just for a long weekend, 8 months before our wedding and also did a food tasting with the venues chef who tailor made an Indian vegetarian menu for us. Guests are still raving about the food 6 month on. My husband and I stayed in regular contact with Makis in the months leading up to the day. Despite never having hosted a Hindu wedding before the day was beautiful and came together perfectly, the team impressed with the attention to detail and little touches all over the venue. My bridesmaids and I used the little room which has a shower and air con just to the side of the venue and it was a welcome area for me and my groom to hide away in for 10 minutes after the ceremony. The best bit? The team's enthusiasm, Makis and Effi’s effort and excitement to take on the challenge of something different, it was very encouraging to see. I have to say, honestly, I was expecting something to go wrong, with nearly 100 guests travelling from the UK, US and Canada and a team new to Hindu weddings, I was prepared for not everything to run as planned. I was astounded that the day ran PERFECTLY. timings were adhered to (Indian weddings rarely run on time) and every detail was as I had wanted it. I can't recommend this gorgeous venue and the owners enough!!read more
